What a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season! The Fabulous Tack Room in Beautiful Downtown Penn Valley is celebrating 25 years of memories, music, and good friends. Barbara and Al Martinez have been our gracious hosts for some of the most memorable moments of our lives. Sunday, November 25th, 2018, marks the 25th anniversary of Barb and Al at The Fabulous Tack Room, and they would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all the amazing people who have made The Tack Room one of the most fun and beloved gathering places in Nevada County.

For those of you who have shared the music and the fun over the past 25 years, we’re throwing an Anniversary Party, filled with amazing food, fun, friends, raffles, prizes, and LIVE! music. That’s right, we’re inviting everyone who has ever danced, partied, hooted, hollered, drank, or simply enjoyed a fun evening at The Tack Room. Moms, Dads, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, BFF’s… bring yer posse and celebrate with us at The Fabulous Tack Room! And as we enter this season of giving, Barb and Al invite everyone to join the celebration, and support the Food Bank of Nevada County by bringing your non-perishable food donations to The Tack Room.

The Tack Room is a Penn Valley institution, since before the dawn of the Penn Valley Rodeo. Long renowned as ‘The Best Steak in Town’. A family-owned, family restaurant with a down-home atmosphere, where everybody is welcome. The Tack Room features a full bar for all your favorite party spirits, a dance floor, and a worn-out stage, where Reggie Hall played for most of the last 25 years!

Reggie has delivered his powerhouse LIVE! show to audiences from all over the world, at some of the hottest venues on the planet, including Sammy Hagar’s Cabo Wabo Cantina. For this one-of-a-kind show, Reggie Hall produces all of the instruments and musical arrangements, and brings them to life on stage with his guitar wizardry, brilliant vocals, and more music than a 12-piece band.

If you have never been to The Tack Room, this is a great opportunity to come on down, have some fun, get some local color, get your dance on, and hear some great LIVE! music. If you are a Tack Room alum, (which, at last count, was just about everyone in Western Nevada County), this is YOUR Anniversary Party, and we can’t wait to see you again!
